Refund Request Policy • Finding Serenity

Our refund policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund.

To be eligible for a refund, please email your request to {refund@findingserenity.seryndipity.com}. To complete your refund, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please include valid contact information, proof of purchase, and the reason for your refund request. Requests within 30 days of purchase will be granted, unless the purchase was a service that was already been redeemed.

There are no refunds on services that have already been performed. (If you buy a coaching session, you can not request a refund after the coaching session has taken place.)

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:

Any request more than 30 days after delivery, with VALID reason. The validity of the claim will be reviewed before a refund of 50% can be offered.

Once your refund request is received and reviewed, we will send you an email to notify you that we have reviewed your request. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 30 days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
